General Policies

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your appointment time (and is 30% of the total cost of services for bridal clients). Your date is not reserved until your retainer is received (along with the signed contract for bridal clients). 

  • Prices are subject to change at any time until a retainer is received. 

  • Once the retainer is received and contract is signed, the amount due cannot be decreased. Services may be added if time allows, but are not guaranteed. 

  • For locations outside of Barrie there will be a travel fee of $0.50/km round trip. All Parking fees are to be paid by the client. 

  • Additional artist fee: may apply depending on the number of services being performed, and window of time permitted.

  • Liability: All makeup brushes, tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary. Any skin condition, allergies or sensitivities should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention, or not, it is agreed that the makeup artist is not legally liable or responsible for any allergic reaction, injury and/or ailment of any kind.

  • Late/Wait Fee: There will be a $25 late/wait fee for every 15 minutes the bride is late for her scheduled appointment or the artist is kept waiting in between clients. This is put in place because each makeup application requires a certain length of time to be finished, & multiple clients may be booked in one day. It is important that everyone arrives on time and ready for makeup application at the makeup start time outlined in the contract, or you will risk losing your spot without refund. Unfortunately there is no time to wait for clients to arrive after the previously agreed upon time.     

  • Early Start Fee: There will be an additional $50 early start fee applied each hour before 7am
